New Facebook login here...
Hi everyone,
The Ning Network, upon which this forum sits, just offered me the ability for all of us to login through our Facebook accounts, or through Google or Yahoo. I set that up for us, which included me setting up a Facebook page called Sonoma County Autism Support.
I'm not sure what this means exactly (LOL), and when I followed Ning's instructions to set up the Facebook connection, Facebook made me submit an "application" but then wouldn't allow me to "submit" it until 5 people are members. But if I can't set it up then how can anyone become a member? LOL I don't quite get it yet, but wanted to give you a heads up so that you know that the login option through Facebook was done on purpose by me.
When I learn more about how to connect this, I'll let you know. If this Facebook connection ends up making this group LESS private, I will disconnect it. Please let me know your experience with all of this, okay?
